2. Description of Service

Appwebify provides a platform for streaming desktop applications to web browsers. We provide the infrastructure and coordination (Signaling) required to establish peer-to-peer or server-mediated streaming sessions.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and PATs.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Ensuring that the applications you stream comply with local laws and software licensing agreements.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the service for any illegal purposes, to transmit malware, or to interfere with the integrity and performance of the platform. Unauthorized access to other users' agents or sessions is strictly prohibited.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, pro-rated refunds are generally not provided unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Appwebify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of our platform.
